Helping universities move from didactic instruction to case-based learning through workshops, consulting, partnerships, and technology.
CaseComp HQ

The problem
Many universities want students to become stronger problem-solvers, communicators, and decision-makers, but much of education remains centred around lectures and passive learning. Moving toward case-based learning requires more than introducing a few classroom exercises. Institutions need faculty training, relevant cases, industry relationships, student engagement, competition opportunities, and systems that connect everything together. The opportunity is to help universities design that ecosystem intentionally. So, experiential learning becomes part of the institution rather than an isolated initiative.

How I approached it
CaseComp HQ helps colleges and universities build stronger experiential-learning environments centred around real problems, active participation, and case-based education. Through workshops and transformational consulting programs, I work with institutions to develop faculty capability, engage industry partners, create applied-learning opportunities, and build an ecosystem where students learn by doing. The CaseComp HQ platform supports that work by providing practice cases, learning resources, analytics, and community infrastructure.
What was delivered
CaseComp HQ combines consulting, workshops, and technology into a practical university-transformation model. Programs can include faculty workshops, case-based curriculum development, student training, case competitions, industry partnerships, sponsorship development, and the creation of a broader network of coaches, employers, alumni, and academic leaders. The platform acts as the supporting infrastructure, giving students and educators access to AI-generated practice cases, structured learning, performance insights, competition discovery, and community tools.
The result
Helping universities move from didactic instruction to case-based learning through workshops, consulting, partnerships, and technology.

Reflection
Building CaseComp HQ has reinforced that meaningful education transformation is not primarily a technology challenge. It is a people, culture, and ecosystem challenge. A platform can make learning more accessible and scalable, but lasting change requires faculty buy-in, strong partnerships, relevant experiences, and a clear vision for how students should learn. I have also learned that the strongest solutions often combine strategy with implementation: helping an institution imagine what is possible, then staying close enough to help build it.
